Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Google, YouTube, and Third-Party Services

Bombom uses Google Sign-In and YouTube video services. When you use those features, Google may process information according to Google's own policies. Bombom's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Bombom uses YouTube API Services and/or YouTube embedded playback. By using features that access YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review the Google Privacy Policy and manage connected app access at Google Security Settings.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Bombom, such as Railway for backend hosting, Google and YouTube for sign-in and video playback, Apple Speech Recognition for voice search, and our own backend analytics service. We do not currently use a third-party crash reporting service or third-party product analytics service. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Bombom, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion as described below.

Your Choices

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, when required, provide additional notice.

Child Privacy Notice

Bombom is designed for parents and guardians who want to choose calmer, safer video content for children. This notice explains how we handle information related to children.

Parent-Directed Use

Bombom's account, profile, and parent controls are intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children should use Bombom only with parent or guardian permission.

Child Information

Bombom may collect or process a child's age, date of birth, preferred language, watch history, search activity, blocked videos, and content preferences to provide age-appropriate filtering, recommendations, parental controls, and safety features.

No Behavioral Advertising

Bombom does not use child information for third-party behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

Parental Rights

A parent or legal guardian may contact us to review, correct, or delete child information, or to stop further collection. Contact iejarvisai@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the requester is the parent or legal guardian.

COPPA and Other Child Privacy Laws

Bombom may be used by children under 13 with parent or guardian involvement. Where Bombom is offered in the United States, we will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act where applicable. Other child privacy laws may apply depending on where users live.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Bombom. By using Bombom, you agree to these terms. If you use Bombom on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the parent or legal guardian.

Use of Bombom

You may use Bombom only for lawful, personal, family, and non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with the app's operation, attempt to access systems without permission, or use Bombom in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Parent Controls

Bombom provides tools intended to help parents manage content. No filtering system is perfect. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children's media use.

YouTube and Google

Bombom includes YouTube-related features. By using features that access YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube services are provided by Google, not by Bombom.

Content

Subscriptions and Payments

Bombom may offer paid monthly and yearly subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any paid features will be presented in the app before purchase and will use Apple's in-app purchase system where required. Planned monthly subscription pricing may vary by region, including approximately 5 local dollars in the United States, Canada, and Australia, 1,000 KZT in Kazakhstan, 3 EUR in European countries, and approximately 2 USD or the local equivalent in other regions. Final prices, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and refund handling will be shown before purchase and may also be managed through your Apple ID settings.
